My partner and I are in the initial phases of developing a new organization--premised on the idea that as Americans are reckoning with ways that structural racism plays out in our lives (eg. school, employment/hiring, public safety), there are opportunities to partner with organizations that want to dismantle structural racism but aren’t always sure where to start, or what that work looks like.
We are formulating a business plan for a consultancy that would provide organizations with the expertise and capacity they’ll need to do this work.
To help us better understand needs and gaps in the field of organizational change focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and other efforts to address structural racism, we are seeking folks who serve in decision-making HR, Chief Equity Officer type roles for confidential, 25-minute interviews. These conversations will provide us with critical insights we need to develop innovative solutions that are responsive to feedback we hear.
