Excuse my French, but shit is hard right now. Lots of friends and colleagues have lost their jobs
or have been furloughed. I know this can be overwhelming. I've been there and done that—nothing to be ashamed of. In fact, to be honest, I got laid off in April by Fortune Magazine, which inspired me to create community of SEVEN, my passion project. Getting laid off was the BEST thing to happen to me. I'm hoping the same for you. Maybe your next business or job will blow your mind. Don't get discouraged. Just know that you're not alone: Since mid-March, roughly 39 million people have filed for unemployment. About 25% of Americans are now out of work. 1 in freaking 4 Americans. It's not you. It's them. These companies have put growth over taking care of their employees and communities. Are you still mad? Good. That means you are over the grief stage. Now pull up your big girl/boy pants and let's keep it moving and find your next bigger and better opportunity. I'm sharing a list of job resources for those looking for there next opportunity. Thanks to David Berkowitz of Serial Marketer for providing most of the leads. I'd recommend subscribing to his newsletter for job leads. Please recommend other resources in the comments. I'll be updating this regularly. Also, if you have a job opening at your organization, please feel free to share it in the comment section. This community was built to support and nurture relationships that will hopefully last a lifetime. Job Hunting Resources
