Founder + Executive + Changemaker Friday Meetup on January 8

community of SEVEN is hosting a weekly virtual meet-up for Founders, Executives, and Changemakers. Each week, we'll have a surprise guest. It might be a C-Suite exec from a Fortune 500 company, a founder of a scrappy startup, a social activist, an entertainer -- you won't know who it is till you show up. You'll also be randomly paired with 1-on-1 video matching with four others; It's a great way to meet interesting people you wouldn't normally meet in your industry -- and all during your lunch break. Oh, and did I mention that this takes place in less than 30-minutes?

We will be hosting the event on our technology partner Upstream, a new virtual socializing product that community of SEVEN is using for our speed-networking events. You will need to download the app once and will be able to register for future events seamlessly. If you've used the Upstream platform before, go to step #4. Otherwise, follow the instructions below (this whole process takes less than 5-minutes). 

Instructions for First-Time Users of Upstream - Please Register for the Event TODAY on Upstream so you get the calendar notification in your inbox. Registering on the community of Seven website adds you to the notification list for each event but you'll still need to register on Upstream: 

Step #1: Go to the app store on your phone, and download the Upstream app (look for the dolphin logo) on your smartphone.

Step #2: Once you have the Upstream app on your smartphone, click on this link:

Step #3: Click Join Community and follow the instructions. 

Step #4: Once you've joined the community of SEVEN member page on Upstream, you can register for this event and future events, please register today so you can get a calendar invite (you can always easily cancel if needed):

Please register for the event today as it'll send you a calendar notice. Even if you register on the community of SEVEN website for the event, you'll still need to register on the Upstream app. 

The event will be held using your smartphone. Currently, you cannot use your desktop though Upstream will soon be updating this feature.
