Jhanelle Peters is a registered psychotherapist and mental health clinician with the Toronto Raptors. Jhanelle Peter helps individuals restructure negative thoughts to create a mindset that stimulates strength and empowerment. Over the years, she has worked with individuals from diverse populations and socioeconomic backgrounds, helping them uncover negative patterns and behaviors that make life challenging to navigate.
Her person-centered approach focuses on the needs of the individual while creating a safe and open environment. From being the current Mental Health Clinician for the Toronto Raptors to working with various grass-root communities, Jhanelle understands the uniqueness of each and ensures the process is reflective of their needs.
