About the event

Join us for our next Let's Talk: Unlearning Silence: How to Speak Your Mind, Unleash Talent, and Live More Fully with author Elaine Lin Hering. During this conversation, we will dive into the pervasive influence of silence in our lives and how we can dismantle it to reclaim our voices at home and work.

Hering challenges the notion that having a seat at the table equates to having a voice that is heard and respected. She confronts the hard truth: often, speaking up is difficult and discouraged, particularly when it's met with resistance or negative consequences.

"Unlearning Silence" is not just an exploration of the problem but also offers a path forward.

Through her insightful analysis, Hering examines how silence has been learned, its benefits, and how we unwittingly impose it on others. More importantly, she provides a blueprint for recognizing and altering these unconscious patterns. Her approach empowers individuals to make intentional choices about their communication, fostering an environment where talent thrives, opinions are valued, and everyone can be their most authentic selves.

This event promises to be a discussion and a journey toward self-discovery and change. Hering, known for her compassion, clarity, and deep understanding, will guide attendees through real-life examples and share practical strategies for undertaking this vital work.

Whether you seek to find your voice, encourage others to find theirs, or wish to understand communication dynamics better, this evening will offer invaluable insights.

Don't miss this opportunity to engage with Elaine Lin Hering and take the first step in unlearning the silence that holds us back.

Join us for an evening of enlightenment, empowerment, and the beginning of a conversation that could change how you think, speak, and listen.
