About the event

We all have one. And no, I'm not talking about that kind of an a-hole. We've all encountered the a-hole at work. You know the one I'm talking about. He or she is the one that makes everyone's life difficult. The bigger question is why that person's behavior is tolerated in the office in the first place. How has this person affected staff morale and productivity? What is the dynamic fostered at your workplace to allow this type of behavior?

What if you could address this problem in a fun, dynamic way? In this micro-learning, led by  Jeffrey Harry and Gary Ware, learn techniques to deal with your own A-hole problem. Finally, addressing the "A" issue may cause your company to thrive in ways you once thought impossible.
