About the event
We are all less able to handle the stresses that come our way when we're depleted by physical and emotional exhaustion. During this Microlearning with MaryBeth Hyland, Founder and Chief Visionary of SparkVision, learn how you can reduce stress and find happiness by understanding your purpose and becoming your authentic self.
When we tap into the power of authenticity we become more resilient and are able to handle life's stress optimally. When we are feeling our best both physically and emotionally we are able to deal with the pressures of life better. Many of us have so many responsibilities in life that we forget to take care of our personal needs. This is particularly true for many who have significant caregiving responsibilities. And while it’s hard to prioritize when you have so many other items on your to-do list, self-care and discovery is an important aspect of stress management.
