It's easy to get stuck in paralysis analysis. During this microlearning, learn how to pivot faster using routines and rituals and build a solid foundation like morning routines. We'll also cover physiology, focus, and outcomes with Joelle Jarvis, founder of Mindset Partnership and one of the Master Trainer and Leadership Faculty members for Tony Robbins.

Joelle Jarvis is the force behind Mindset Partnership which specializes in programs specifically for exceptional leaders, many of whom are responsible for maintaining the integrity of significant investments, reassuring their investors, inspiring founders, managing a Family Office, as well as maintaining sanity, stability, and balance for their families.  

Joelle personally coaches partners in some of the world’s top venture capital and private equity firms with more than $250 billion of assets under management, as well as founders, top tier executives, family office executives, and entrepreneurs. Joelle was a Master Trainer and Leadership Faculty member for Tony Robbins and developed his onsite coaching program. She is a certified NLP and Hypnotherapy Master Trainer, has completed extensive Landmark Training, and has solid real-world credentials and business experience.  

She has personally delivered over 10,000 hours of one-on-one coaching to individuals around the world.  Joelle’s prior professional experience includes executive-level sales and marketing roles at companies like Hilton Grand Vacations, David Saxe Productions, Chicken Soup for the Soul Companies, and most recently Dibico Construction and Home Management, as well as other leadership and consulting positions spanning thirty years, multiple countries and across a wide variety of industries. 

Her background and experience make her uniquely qualified to deliver insights and strategies to enhance effectiveness, leadership, communication, impact, and fulfillment.  After Hurricane Katrina, she also ran a 501c3 foundation, Corps of Compassion, with the most significant case management load on the West Coast and received a commendation from Congress and won non-profit of the year by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.  Joelle is also the Managing Member of the Family Office Association Resource Council, helping bring innovation, resources, opportunity, and support to the Family Office Community members.

Our C7 microlearning series is focused on how to elevate your career through short training modules. The micro-learnings are bite-sized and actionable. Our participants' goal is to "take action" 1-3 immediate actions after an event. This is in a peer setting where participants help hold each other accountable.
