In this presentation, Van shares a personal story of how through the sum of their differences, twenty Vietnamese refugee women, including her mom, and a Hollywood movie star, trail blazed the now 8.3 billion dollar manicure industry in the United States; exemplifying the message of stronger together by the sum of our differences.
